摘要
感受疼痛是神经系统一个复杂的功能,其具体调节机制仍不完全明确。自噬是真核生物中普遍存在的一种保守的高度调节的"自我清理"过程。近来自噬被发现与损伤性神经痛、阿片类药物诱发神经痛、癌症相关疼痛等多种疼痛现象及调节相关。文章将自噬与疼痛的相关报道主要按临床疼痛性疾病进行整理,总结了目前自噬与疼痛相关的交叉调节机制,以期为理清自噬在疼痛性疾病中的作用机制提供思路。
Pain perception is a complex function of the nervous system,and its specific regulatory mechanism is still not fully understood.Autophagy is a conservative and highly regulated"self-clearing"process prevalent in eukaryotes.Recently,autophagy has been found to be associated with traumatic neuralgia,opioid-induced neuralgia,cancer-related pain and other pain phenomena and regulation.In this paper,the related reports of autophagy and pain are mainly sorted out according to clinical pain diseases,and the current cross-regulation mechanism of autophagy and pain is summarized,so as to provide ideas for clarifying the mechanism of autophagy in pain diseases.
