当人类社会进入21世纪第三个十年之际,新一轮科技革命加深加广,人工智能扑面而来,新冠肺炎疫情影响全球,世界格局发生深刻调整,对各国高等教育带来前所未有的冲击。面对这些变化,我国高等教育需要保持战略定力、深度开放合作、培养全球胜任力、打造国际化课程、拥抱人工智能、完善保障机制。正确处理好发展过程中的本科教育与研究生教育、人才培养与科学研究、中国学生与国际学生、教育传统与教育变革之间的关系。

When human society enters the third decade of the 21st century,a new round of revolution of science and technology is being deepened and widened,artificial intelligence is upcoming,and the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the entire world,thus deeply adjusting the global patterns,and making an unprecedented impact on higher education worldwide.Faced with these changes,China's higher education needs to maintain strategic confidence,deepen opening-up and cooperation,cultivate global competence,build an international curriculum,embrace artificial intelligence,improve the safeguard mechanism,and correctly handle the relationship between undergraduate education and postgraduate education,between talent cultivation and scientific research,between Chinese students and international students,and between the traditional education for undergraduates and educational reforms in the development of higher education.
