The Designing of the Decision Support System for Public Opinions about Education Based on Multilevel Models

教育既关系民族与国家的未来,也关涉学生和家长的切身利益。与教育问题相关的舆情事件更容易被扩散和传播,引发社会广泛关注。为了对教育舆情更好地进行监测分析,需从设计教育舆情决策支持系统的角度出发,根据教育舆情数据的层次结构,建立“时间—公众—地域”教育舆情三级水平模型,给出对应的指标体系,明确数据预处理过程中信息采集、信息清理和信息汇总的流程,通过分析时间、舆情主体、舆情客体、舆情本体、媒介平台、地域时所用的核心技术,设计基于“星型模型”和“雪花模型”的教育舆情数据仓库。为了让教育舆情决策支持系统更加完善,一方面要建立“国家—地方—学校”教育数据共享平台;另一方面要结合人类智慧和人工智能,将专家库纳入教育舆情决策支持系统。

Education concerns not only the future of a nation and its people,but also the immediate interests of students and their parents.Public opinion events related to educational issues are easily spread,arousing widespread public concern.To strengthen the monitoring and analysis of education-related public opinions,we need,based on the designing of the decision support system for education-related public opinions,as well as the hierarchical structure of the data,to establish a three-tier model of"time-public-region"and the corresponding index system,determine the process of information collection,cleansing and aggregation,apply the core technologies used in the analysis of the time,public opinions and their subject and object,the media platform,and the region,and design a data warehouse for education-related public opinions based on star and snowflake schemas.To improve the decision support system,we need to build a"nation-region-school"education data-sharing platform,and based on human intelligence and artificial intelligence,incorporate a pool of experts into the decision support system.
