白玉县藏族成年人血糖血脂情况分析

Blood sugar and blood lipids levels of Tibetan adults in Baiyu county

目的初步了解当地藏族居民的血糖、血脂情况,为该地区的血糖、血脂异常和心血管疾病的临床治疗和预防提供重要依据。方法2018年9-12月收集长期生活在白玉县的18~85岁的707例藏族成年人为调查对象,采集空腹血清标本,进行血糖(GLU)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的检测,并用IBM SPSS22.0对结果进行年龄、性别分组分析。结果与女性相比,男性血清中TG、空腹静脉血糖水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性的血糖水平各年龄段均低于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性18~岁的HDL-C水平低于同年龄段女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性的各种血脂异常率和高血糖率均高于女性,且均在45~岁年龄段达到高峰,60岁后有所下降。结论白玉地区藏族成年男性的血脂和血糖异常率较成年女性高,其中血糖和HDL-C水平差异明显。因此与白玉地区藏族成年女性相比,成年男性的血脂血糖水平应得到更多关注。

Objective To understand the current blood sugar and blood lipid levels of local Tibetan residents,and provide an important basis for clinical treatment and prevention of abnormal blood sugar level,dyslipidemia and cardiovascular diseases in this area.Methods 707 Tibetan adults aged 18-85 who lived in Baiyu county were collected as subjects from September to December 2018.Fasting serum samples were collected from Baiyu county residents for determination of levels of blood glucose(GLU),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).IBM SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis.Results Compared with females,the overall levels of TG and fasting blood glucose in serum are higher in men,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The average blood glucose level of females was significantly lower than that of males in all ages(P<0.05).The HDLC level of males was significantly lower than that of females at 18-age(P<0.05).Males had higher dyslipidemia and high blood glucose rates than females,and all peaked in the 45-age group,then declined after 60 age.Conclusion The abnormal rate of blood lipid and blood glucose levels in adult Tibetan men in Baiyu area was higher than that in adult females,and the differences between blood glucose and HDL-C levels were obvious.Therefore,compared with Tibetan adult females in Baiyu area,the blood lipid and blood glucose levels of adult men should be paid more attention.
