摘要
灵活、快速和低成本的疫苗开发制造技术可以预防疾病的流行,满足广泛的疫苗接种需要。目前多种疫苗开发平台技术正在涌现,其中昆虫细胞杆状病毒表达载体系统(IC-BEVS)可兼具真核表达系统和原核表达系统的优势,不仅能够大量表达外源蛋白还能对其进行较为完善的翻译后加工修饰。昆虫细胞易于大规模培养,可有效降低生产成本。同时昆虫细胞不能被人类病原体所感染,安全性好。以上这些优点使得IC-BEVS在疫苗研制中被广泛应用。本文就近年来国内外利用IC-BEVS研制疫苗的相关进展做简要综述。
Flexible,fast and low-cost vaccine development and manufacturing technologies can prevent the prevalence of diseases and meet a wide range of vaccination needs.A variety of vaccine development platform technologies are emerging.The insect cell baculovirus expression vector system(IC-BEVS) can combine the advantages of eukaryotic expression system and prokaryotic expression system.It is capable of expressing a large amount of foreign protein and performing a more perfect post-translational processing modification.Insect cells are easy to culture on a large scale,which can effectively reduce production costs.At the same time,insect cells cannot be infected by human pathogens,so the security is good.These advantages make IC-BEVS widely used in vaccine development.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of using IC-BEVS to develop vaccines in recent years.
