2019年龙岩市居民心脑血管事件报告分析

目的了解龙岩市2019年居民心脑血管疾病发病情况,为政府制定慢性病防控策略提供科学依据。方法对2019年龙岩市相关医疗机构登记上报的居民心脑血管事件进行统计分析。结果2019年龙岩市累计报告常住居民心脑血管事件病例16600例,发病率为628.79/10万,死亡率为14.77/10万。男女性别比为1.52∶1,男性和女性发病率分别为741.72/10万和510.63/10万,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。脑血管疾病和心血管疾病发病率分别为570.50/10万和58.29/10万,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。心脑血管疾病发病率随年龄增长而上升(P<0.01)。60岁以上居民心脑血管疾病发病数占报告发病数的80.01%。结论心脑血管疾病是严重影响龙岩市居民身体健康的主要疾病之一。

Objective To understand the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Longyan city in 2019,so as to provide scientific basis to the government for implementation of chronic diseases control and prevention strategies.Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events registered and reported by relevant medical institutions in Longyan city in 2019.Results A total of 16600 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were reported among permanent resident in Longyan city in 2019,with the incidence of 628.79/10^5,and the mortality of 14.77/10^5.The ratio of man/woman was 1.52∶1.The incidence in male was 741.72/10^5,and in female was 510.63/10^5(P<0.01).The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases was 570.50/10^5,and the incidence of cardiovascular diseases was 58.29/10^5(P<0.01).With the increase of age,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases gradually increased(P<0.01).The total morbidity numbers of 60 years old and over accounted for 80.01%.Conclusion Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become one of the main diseases that seriously affected the health of residents in Longyan city.
