摘要
白介素(IL)-9由极性状态的Th2细胞分泌,其表达受到多种信号因子的调节,与细胞因子微环境密切相关。IL-9与自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病等密切相关。炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种病因尚不明确的肠道非特异性慢性炎症性疾病。研究发现肠黏膜免疫平衡失调与其发病密切相关,IL-9通过调节紧密连接相关蛋白的表达影响肠黏膜的屏障功能,从而参与IBD的病理生理过程。本文对IL-9在IBD中的作用进行综述。
Interleukin 9(IL-9)is secreted by polar Th2 cells and its expression is regulated by a variety of signaling factors,which is closely related to cytokine microenvironment,autoimmune diseases and allergic diseases.Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a kind of intestinal nonspecific chronic inflammatory intestinal disease with uncertain etiology.It has been found that the immune imbalance of intestinal mucosa is closely related to its pathogenesis.IL-9 is involved in the pathophysiological process of IBD by regulating the expressions of tight junction associated proteins and affecting the barrier function of intestinal mucosa.This review presents the role of IL-9 in IBD.
