管沟爆破方案FAHP优选及在役管道动力响应研究

摘要 为合理选择管沟爆破开挖方案,确保管沟爆破开挖时在役管道的运营与安全,根据管沟成型尺寸以及质点振动速度峰值要求,进行管沟爆破开挖试验;采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和数值模拟相结合的手段,基于3组管沟爆破方案,运用层次分析法确定管沟爆破方案的指标权重,根据模糊数学理论建立评价矩阵,按最大隶属度原则进行管沟爆破方案优选。采用LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,针对最优方案对管沟爆破开挖时在役管道的动力响应特性进行分析。结果表明,在役管道X方向所受最大应力值为2.33 MPa、最大应变值为8.19×10~5,而且高应力及大应变主要集中在管道的侧壁位置处。 In order to reasonably select the pipe blasting excavation program and ensure the safety and operation of the pipeline in service during the blasting excavation of pipe,the blasting excavation test of the pipe was carried out,which met the requirements of the forming size and the particle vibration velocity peak.According to three pipe blasting programs,the index weight of blasting scheme was determined by analytic hierarchy process based on the method of combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and numerical simulation.In addition,the evaluation matrix was established by fuzzy mathematics theory and the blasting scheme was optimized by the principle of maximum membership.According to the LS-DYNA numerical simulation software,the dynamic response of the pipeline in service during the blasting excavation on the best blasting program of the pipe was analyzed.The results indicate that the maximum stress value is 2.33 MPa and the maximum strain value is 8.19×10~5 of the X direction in the service pipeline.Besides,the high stress and large strain are mainly concentrated in the location of the pipe wall.
