摘要
对桥梁支座灌浆材料进行初步配合比设计,针对灌浆料性能要求分析试验所需的原材料以及各种原料掺量的变化来研究其对拌合物工作性能、强度等的影响。对支座灌浆材料配合比进行优化,在初步配合比的基础上进行混凝土试拌修正配合比,然后通过对水胶比、浆体富裕系数、聚丙烯酸乳液掺量等因素的单因素变量进行试验以研究其对工作性能的影响,确定因素范围并进行正交试验得出优化配比。试验结果表明,影响灌浆料工作性能的因素从大到小依次为乳液掺量>水胶比>浆体富裕系数;当水胶比为0.34、乳液掺量为2%、浆体富裕系数为1.20时得到的灌浆料综合性能最好。
The preliminary mix ratio design of the grouting naterials for bridge bearing is to study the influence on the working performance and strength of the mixture by analyzing the raw materials required for the test and the variation of various raw materials according to the grouting material performance requirements.The optimization of mix ratio of the grouting material is based on the preliminary mix ratio,the concrete mix ratio is adjusted,and then the single factor variable test of factors such as water-binder ratio,slung richness coefficient and proportion of polyaciylic acid is carried out,for the purpose of studying its influence on working performance,determining the range of factors and conducting orthogonal experiments to obtain an optimized ratio.The experimental results show that the order of factors affecting the working performance of grouting material is from large to small:the emulsion ratio>water-binder ratio>slurry richness coefficient.When the water-binder ratio is 0.34,the emulsion ratio is 2%,and the sluny richness coefficient is 1.20,the grouting material has the best overall performance.
