摘要 为规避V型结构复杂桥梁支撑体系失稳的安全风险,降低不同结构支撑体系不均匀沉降给大体积混凝土施工带来的开裂风险,本文通过有限元软件对超万吨级V型锻一连续刚构桥支撑体系进行系统研究,总结提出V型墩一连续钢构桥模板支架的分段、分部设计形式。同时,依据设计参数探讨超万吨级V型墩一连续刚构支撑体系的施工全过程工艺控制措施,为后续V型墩一连续刚构桥支撑体系设计与施工积累经验。 To avoid the instability of V-shaped structure complicated bridge support system security risks,and reduce the risk of large volume concrete construction crack caused by uneven settlement of different structural support system,the support system of V-shaped pier continuous rigid frame bridge is studied systematically by finite element software in this paper,and the piecewise and partial design of this kind of structure is summarized.At the same time,according to the design parameters,the process control measures for the construction process of the V-shaped pier continuous rigid frame bridge support system of over 10000 tons are discussed,so as to accumulate experience for the subsequent design and construction of similar structures.
