棋盘洲长江大桥猫道施工控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 猫道是悬索桥施工过程中主要临时结构之一,在悬索桥施工中具有重要作用。猫道施工过程中承重索索力不断发生变化,且主跨与边跨侧变化幅度不同,由此产生的索力差将对猫道结构、主塔产生不利影响。以棋盘洲长江大桥主桥为例,针对大跨度猫道结构采用悬链线理论分析计算猫道施工各阶段标高控制值,以有效保证猫道成桥线形;根据施工过程承重索索力变化情况确定猫道施工顺序,为以后大跨度悬索桥猫道线形和施工过程不平衡索力控制提供参考。 Catway is one of the main temporary structures in the construction of suspension bridge,which plays an important role in the construction.During the catway construction,the cable force of the catway continues to change,the variation ranges of main span and side span are different,and the resulting unbalanced cable force will have adverse effects on the catwalk structure and the main tower.Taking the catway of Qipanzhou Yangtze River Bridge as an example,the elevation control values of the catway in each stage of construction are analyzed and calculated based on the catenary theory that used for large span catway structure,so as to effectively ensure the completed bridge alignment of the catway.The construction sequence of the catway is determined according to the unbalanced cable force,it^vill provide reference for catway linear control and unbalanced cable force control in construction process of long span catway in the future.
