摘要
及时掌握围岩和支护结构信息是山岭隧道施工的重要工作,采用传统检测方法效率低、速度慢且危险性大,而采用高性能扫描设备又存在对环境要求苛刻和易损坏等难题。通过研制一种基于纵向和环向移动的实用扫描系统,通过搭载AR智能眼镜、测距和测温等监测及检测设备,实现围岩和支护表面影像、几何尺寸和温湿度等的远程自动化监测,定位精度±1 mm,影像分辨率达到1280 P,测距精度±1 cm,测温精度±0.5扫描系统性能满足隧道施工管理和质量控制要求且成本低、使用方便,可在实际工程施工中推广应用。
It is an important work for the construction of mountain tunnels to timely master the surrounding rock and support structure information.Traditional methods are inefficient,slow,and dangerous.However,the use of high-performance scanning equipment has the problems of harsh environment and vulnerability.This paper develops a practical scanning system based on the longitudinal and circumferential movements.Through the installation of AR smart glasses,distance measurement and temperature measurement monitoring and testing equipment,remote automatic monitoring of surrounding rock and supporting surface images,geometric dimensions and temperature and humidity can be realized,with positioning accuracy of±1mm,image resolution up to 1280 P,ranging accuracy of±1 cm,and temperature measuring accuracy of±0.5℃.The performance of the scanning system meets the requirements of tunnel construction management and quality control,with low cost and convenient operation.It can be widely applied to practical projects.
