Application Analysis of BIM in the Cost Control of Hospital Construction Projects

BIM技术与施工成本控制技术具有高度关联性,能够实现施工成本的仿真化、标准化、协同化、精细化和全程化控制。该文通过分析BIM技术在医院建设项目施工成本控制中的应用,从技术措施、信息协同、全程控制三个方面进行可行性研究,找到了医院建设项目中运用BIM技术实现施工成本降低和资源配置优化的方法。

BIM is closely connected with the construction cost control and can help realize the simulation,standardization,coordination,refinement and full-process control of construction costs.This paper analyzed the application of BIM in the cost control of hospital construction projects,conducted feasibility study from three aspects including technical measures,information coordination,and full-process control,and identified the method of applying BIM technology in hospital construction projects to achieve reduction and optimized allocation of resources.
