摘要
以油酸与油酸三乙醇胺为主乳化剂,正丁醇为助剂,制备出柴油微乳液,并以价格低廉的棕榈油替代部分柴油,考察了棕榈油的质量分数、水质量分数等对柴油微乳体系燃烧性能及稳定性能的影响。结果表明:随着主乳化剂质量分数的增加,氮氧化合物的排放量下降,碳氢化合物的排放量小幅上升;随着棕榈油质量分数的增加,氮氧化合物和碳氢化合物的排放量均增大;随着水或棕榈油质量分数的增加,氧氮放热量下降,稳定时间均大幅缩短,其中水的质量分数对微乳液稳定时间的影响更显著;当水的质量分数为20%时,稳定时间仅为未加入水体系的26.3%。
Diesel microemulsion was prepared with oleic acid and triethanolamine as emulsifier,and n-butanol as auxiliary agent.Then,partial diesel was substituted by palm oil with lower price.The effects of the mass fraction of palm oil and water on the diesel microemulsion′s combustion and stability performance were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of main emulsifier′s addition,the emission of nitrogen and oxygen compounds had decreased,while the emission of hydrocarbons had increased slightly.With the increase of palm oil′s substitution,both nitrous oxides and hydrocarbon′s emissions had increased.With the increase of water or palm oil′s addition and substitution,both the heat release of oxygen and nitrogen and the stabilization time had decreased significantly.The amount of water addition had a greater impact on the stability time of the microemulsion comparing to palm oil′s substitution′s impact.When the mass fraction of water was 20%,the stabilization time was only 26.3%of the system without water addition.
