催化裂化装置平衡剂复配丙烯助剂的制备与性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用苏州高岭土、拟薄水铝石、铝溶胶等载体与活性组分分子筛浆液制备了丙烯助剂,复配不同炼厂平衡剂,在ACE装置上考察了平衡剂性质对丙烯助剂增产丙烯性能的影响。结果表明:不同平衡剂的活性随比表面和孔体积的升高而增加;催化裂化装置平衡剂复配丙烯助剂后均能提高丙烯产率及低碳烯烃的产率,在催化活性适宜的条件下,能够得到较高的丙烯产率;提高反应温度,可增加丙烯产率,复配助剂后丙烯产率增加更为明显。 The propylene additive was prepared with Suzhou kaolin,pseudo boehmite,aluminsol along with other carriers and active component of zeolite slurry.The effect of equilibrium catalyst′s properties on mentioned propylene additive′s propylene increasing performance was investigated on ACE unit.The results showed that the activities of different equilibrium catalyst increase with the increase of specific surface area and pore volume,the yields of propylene and low-carbon olefins could be increased when the catalyst was blended with propylene additive and higher propylene yield could be obtained when the catalyst activity was suitable.The propylene yield could be significantly increased with the increase of reaction temperature,and the propylene yield could be increased when the catalyst was blended with propylene additive.
