摘要
陕西延长石油集团榆林炼油厂90万t/a汽油精制装置以催化汽油为原料,装置检修开工后多次出现精制汽油博士试验不通过的现象。分析了影响精制汽油博士试验结果的因素,并采取了应对措施。结果表明:催化汽油硫化氢含量高、干点高,上游催化裂化装置运行异常,脱硫醇反应器失效等因素导致精制汽油博士试验不通过;应控制催化汽油含硫醇硫量低于3μg/g、干点不高于194℃;催化裂化装置运行异常时,采取将汽油精制装置第2反应器反应温度由242℃提高至253℃,并加大尾氢排放置换操作;确保固定床脱硫醇反应器的脱硫效果良好。
The 0.9 Mt/a gasoline refining unit of the Yulin Oil Refinery of Shanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group uses catalytic gasoline as the raw material.After the overhaul and unit startup,the doctoral test of refined gasoline had failed many times.The factors that affecting the doctoral test results of refined gasoline were analyzed and countermeasures were taken.The results showed that high hydrogen sulfide content and high dry point of catalytic gasoline,abnormal operation of upstream catalytic cracking unit,failure of sweetening reactor and other factors caused the refined gasoline doctor test′s failure.The mercaptan sulfur content of catalytic gasoline should be controlled at less than 3μg/g,and the dry point should not be higher than 194℃.When the fluid catalytic cracking unit was operating abnormally,the reaction temperature of the second reactor of the gasoline refining unit was increased from 242℃to 253℃and the replacement operation of tail hydrogen emission was increased to ensure the desulfurization effect of the fixed bed desulfurization reactor was good.
