摘要
催化燃烧是挥发性有机物(VOCs)的主要处理技术之一。锰铈催化剂因催化性能优异受到关注。从催化剂的活性影响因素和失活现象两部分对锰铈催化剂催化燃烧VOCs研究进展进行了综述。分析表明:锰铈催化剂T90在200~300℃内;催化活性受金属负载量、离子价态、氧化物结构影响;Cu、Sn等是提高催化剂抗中毒性的主要改性成分。
Catalytic combustion is one of the main treatment technologies of volatile organic compounds(VOCs). Mn-Ce catalysts in catalytic combustion catalysts have received widespread attention due to their excellent catalytic performance. The research progress of catalytic combustion of VOCs on Mn-Ce catalysts was reviewed from the aspects of catalyst activity and deactivation. The analysis results showed that the T90 of Mn-Ce catalysts was within 200~300 ℃;the catalytic activity was affected by the loading amount, ion valence state and oxide structure;Cu, Sn were the main modification components to improve the catalyst’s anti-toxicity.
