摘要
不确定度的评定对检测结果数据分析有重要意义,是提高测量结果准确度的重要方法之一。依据JJF1059.1《测量不确定度评定与表示》通过建立数学模型,分析不确定度的主要来源,对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定银镁镍合金中镍含量的测量不确定度进行评定。结果表明,银镁镍合金中镍质量分数为0.181%时,其扩展不确定度为:U=0.024%,k=2。为日后电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测量结果的不确定度评定提供了参考。
The evaluation of uncertainty is of great significance to the data analysis of test results and is one of the important methods to improve the accuracy of measurement results. In this paper, based on JJF1059.1 "Assessment and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty", a mathematical model was established, the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed, and the uncertainty of measurement of nickel content in AgMgNi alloy by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was evaluated. The results showed that,when the nickel content in the AgMgNi alloy was 0.181%, the expansion uncertainty was: U = 0.024%, k = 2.
