摘要
羌绣生产合作社是带动当地农民增收致富的重要组织,存在两种组织结构的博弈。正式组织结构违背效率机制,嬗变成获取合法性机制的神话仪式。非正式组织结构符合社员的合作理性,但塑造了控制与服从的对立关系,阻碍合作社的功能发挥。为消解两者的张力,应推进合作社组织结构多元化,建立合理的盈余分配机制,弥补执行机构的缺位。
Qiang embroidery producers’cooperative is an important organization that drives the local farmers’income growth and wealth accumulation.In this organization,a game is ongoing between two structures.The formal organizational structure runs counter to the efficiency mechanism and evolves into a rite of myth to acquire a legitimate status.The informal organizational structure conforms to the cooperation rationality of members,but it arouses the binary opposition between control and obedience and hinders the cooperative’s performance of functions.To relieve the tension between the two,it is necessary to promote the diversification of the cooperative organizational structure,establish a reasonable surplus distribution mechanism,and make up for the lack of an executive agency.
