加快成都经济区节点城市现代金融业发展研究——以遂宁市为例

Research on Accelerating the Development of Central City Modern Financial Industry in the Chengdu Economic Zone--A Case Study Involving Suining City

现代金融业的发展直接关系到社会经济发展以及区域产业转型升级。为加快成都经济区节点城市现代金融业发展,选择遂宁市作为成都经济区节点城市研究的可行性对象,总结遂宁市现代金融业发展概况,揭示遂宁市现代金融业发展中存在社会信用体系建设有待完善、民间融资风险有待释放、金融市场体系建设滞后等问题,从优化区域金融生态环境、建设多层次资本市场体系、促进金融机构聚集发展、加强金融风险防控管理等角度提出加速遂宁市现代金融业发展的解决之道。

The development of the modern financial industry is directly related to social and economic development and regional industrial transformation and upgrading.In order to speed up the development of the central city modern financial industry in the Chengdu Economic Zone,this paper selects Suining City as the feasibility object of the research,overviews the development of the modern financial industry in Suining City,reveals the problems in the development of the modern financial industry in Suining such as the urgency of constructing a social credit system,avoiding the risk of private financing,the necessity to accelerate the development of a financial market system,and puts forward the solutions to accelerate the development of the modern financial industry in Suining City from the perspectives of optimizing the regional financial ecological environment,building a multi-level capital market system,promoting the gathering and development of financial institutions,and strengthening the prevention and control of financial risks.
