交易成本对肉羊养殖户交易模式选择的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Transaction Cost on the Choice ofTransaction Modes of Mutton Sheep Breeders

文章通过多元Logit模型实证分析信息搜寻成本、谈判成本、监督执行成本及运输成本对肉羊养殖户交易模式选择的影响。结果表明,市场信息获取越困难时,相较于传统的市场自销交易模式,肉羊养殖户越倾向于选择中间商购销交易模式,价格波动对合作社交易模式产生显著正向影响;谈判成本中,价格差异和价格公平均对中间商购销交易模式产生显著正向影响;监督执行成本中,当肉羊养殖户越信任收购方,越倾向于选择中间商购销交易模式、合作社交易模式和企业交易模式,违约情况则对中间商购销交易模式产生显著负向影响;运输成本中,市场距离对中间商购销交易模式、合作社交易模式和企业交易模式均有显著正向影响。需进一步拓展与丰富可供肉羊养殖户选择的交易模式,并有效降低交易成本。

This paper empirically analyzes the influence of information search cost,negotiation cost,supervision execution cost and transportation cost on the transaction mode choice of mutton sheep breeders by through multiple logit model.The results show that when the market information is difficult to obtain,compared with the traditional trading mode,the farmers are more inclined to choose the middleman trading mode,and the price fluctuation has a significant positive impact on the cooperative trading mode;in terms of the negotiation cost,both the price difference and the price fairness have a significant impact on the middleman trading mode;in the supervision and implementation cost,when the breeders have high level of trust of the acquirer,they tend to choose the middleman trading mode,cooperative trading mode and enterprise trading mode,while the default situation has a significant negative impact on the middleman trading mode;in the transportation cost,the market distance has a significant negative impact on the middleman trading mode,cooperative trading mode and enterprise trading mode.It is necessary to further expand and enrich the trading modes available for the breeders,and effectively reduce the trading costs.
