摘要
目的:观察神经松动技术对脑卒中恢复期患者上肢运动功能的康复疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30),对照组采用常规康复训练,试验组则在常规康复训练基础上配合神经松动技术,分别在治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer运动评分量表内上肢部分(FMA-UE)评定上肢运动功能、改良巴氏指数(MBI)评定日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗2个疗程后,两组患者FMA-UE和MBI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.01),试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:神经松动技术可以进一步提高脑卒中恢复期患者上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力能力。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of nerve loosening technique on upper limb motor function rehabilitation in patients with stroke convalescence. Methods: Sixty patients with stroke convalescence were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and experimental group(n=30). The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, while experimental group was treated with nerve loosening technique based on the control group’s routine rehabilitation training. Before and after treatment, the upper extremity part(FMA-MU) of Fugl-Meyer exercise scale was used to evaluate the upper extremity movement function and the modified Barthel index was improved to assess the ability of daily life activities. Results: After two treatment sessions, the FMA-UE and MBI scores were both higher than those before treatment(P<0.01), and the experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Neural loosening can further improve upper limb motor function and ADL ability in patients with stroke convalescence.
