中医整脊联合膏摩法调节慢性下背痛患者腰骶椎生物力学的临床观察

TCM Chiropractic Combined with Paste Massage in Adjustment of Lumbosacral Biomechanics in Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain

目的:观察中医整脊联合膏摩法调节慢性下背痛患者腰椎前凸度和倾斜角的改善情况并分析其作用机制。方法:选择2019年5月~2019年8月在上海中医药大学附属上海市中西医结合院中医骨伤科、康复科、推拿科就诊的74例慢性下腰痛患者,采用随机数字法分为试验组、对照组各37例,试验组通过中医整脊和膏摩法治疗,对照组予膏摩法治疗,治疗4周后观察两组患者腰椎前凸度和骶骨倾斜角参数指标。结果:试验组对腰椎前凸度稳定性改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组组内腰椎骶骨倾斜角也有改善(P<0.05)。结论:中医整脊疗法结合膏摩法能更好地维持腰椎生物力学的稳定性,值得临床推广运用。

Objective: To observe the improvement of lumbar lordosis angle and sacral inclination angle in patients with chronic low back pain and analyze its mechanism. Methods: A total of 74 patients with chronic low back pain were selected and divided into experimental group(n=37)and control group(n=37)by random number table method. The experimental group was treated by TCM chiropractic combined with paste massage, while control group treated with paste massage, observed the parameters of lumbar lordosis angle and sacral inclination angle after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: The stability improvement of lumbar lordosis angle in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05), and inclination angle was also improved in experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM chiropractic combined with paste massage can more effectively maintain the stability of lumbar biomechanics, which is worthy of clinical application.
