摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司对2号催化裂化(催化)装置FDFCC-Ⅲ灵活多效催化裂化工艺进行改造,副提升管由回炼粗汽油改为回炼加氢催化柴油。通过改造将低品质的催化柴油转化为高辛烷值汽油,有效地降低了柴汽比。标定期间,副提升管的产品分布达到了设计值,汽油收率50.66%,液化石油气收率12.27%,装置能耗为1994.7 MJ/t。副粗汽油硫、烯烃含量低,辛烷值高,蒸气压较高。改造达到了预期效果。改造后回炼自产柴油时产品分布较差,生产中应避免自产柴油加氢后回炼。
Process modification of FDFCC-Ⅲof No.2 catalytic cracking unit is implemented in SINOPEC Luoyang Company.Hydrogenation FCC diesel is recycled into the second riser instead of naphtha.Through technical transformation,low quality diesel transforms into high octane number gasoline,it has obvious effect of reducing diesel to gasoline ratio.During the calibration period,product distribution of the second riser reaches the design value,gasoline yield is 50.66%,LPG yield is 12.27%,FCC unit energy consumption is 1,994.7 MJ/t.Side naphtha has low sulfur content,low olefin content,high octane number,and high vapor pressure.The transformation has achieved the expected effect.After the transformation,product distribution is poor during recycling self-produced diesel.Self-produced diesel should be avoided reprocess during production operation.
