摘要
中国石油兰州石化分公司800 kt/a连续重整装置预处理系统在运行过程中,由于汽提塔全回流改造和预分馏塔塔顶换热器换热效率的下降,出现了预加氢进料加热炉高负荷运行、拔头油出装置温度偏高和预分馏塔塔顶低温热浪费等问题,不仅影响装置长周期运行,还造成装置综合能耗增加。通过将预分馏塔塔顶的浮头式换热器改造为缠绕管式换热器,换热效率大大提高,达到了安全和节能的效果,每年可创效约138.4万元。
During the operation of pretreatment system of 0.8 MM TPY CCR unit in PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,due to the total reflux transformation of the stripper and the decrease of the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchanger on the top of the pre-fractionator,some problems occur,such as high load operation of prehydrogenation feed furnace,high temperature of topped oil outlet unit and low temperature heat waste at the top of pre-fractionator.It not only affects the long-term operation of the unit,but also increases the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit.By transforming the floating head heat exchanger on the top of the pre-fractionating tower into the spiral wounded heat exchanger,the heat exchange efficiency is greatly improved,and the effect of safety and energy saving is achieved.The annual efficiency is about 1.384 million yuan.In addition,the experience has been accumulated for the application of spiral wounded heat exchanger in CCR.
