摘要
本研究利用专利计量的方法,分析了2010~2019年共计十年间纳米科技专利申请和专利产出的基本情况。通过专家进一步研讨凝练共识、以定性和定量相结合的方式,全景扫描纳米专利技术潜在的热点领域和应用前景,建立了一种以共识形成为核心的纳米科技与产业路线图技术预见模型,研判纳米科技与产业的发展态势,旨在为纳米科技工作者、政府科技管理部门以及纳米企业界提供参考。
The study used the method of patent metrology to analyze the basic situation of nanotechnology patent applications and patent output in 2009-2018.Through qualitative and quantitative methods,the potential hotspots and application prospects of nano patent technology were further discuss by experts.And we also established a nanotechnology and industry roadmap technology foresight model with consensus formation,and we studied the development of nanotechnology and industry,aimed to provide a reference for nanotechnology workers,government science management departments and the nano-enterprise community.
