摘要
对于中小企业而言,资源约束使得难以同时进行双元学习。而采取单一学习虽然短期内可能缓解中小企业的生存压力,但是会导致中小企业长期内无法实现自主创新的技术赶超目标,因而导致“学习悖论”。基于长期决策时中小企业存在的互惠性偏好,本研究从三个方面阐述破除“学习悖论”、提升企业创新能力的思路:通过构建交互的网络模型,指出学习交互行为对企业创新绩效有积极的提升作用;通过分析网络情景下中小企业构建互惠式学习的原理,指出网络内的合作创新可以提升企业的创新绩效;通过对网络的创新传递与效能分析,指出通过降低网络内的交易成本可以使互惠式学习网络内企业的创新绩效进一步提升。
For small and medium-sized enterprises,resource constraints make it difficult to carry out dual learning at the same time.Although the adoption of single learning may alleviate their survival pressure in the short term,it will lead to their inability to achieve the goal of technological catch-up of independent innovation in the long term.Therefore,there is a"learning paradox"in small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the reciprocity pref⁃erence of small and medium-sized enterprises in long-term decision-making,this study expounds the ideas of breaking the"learning paradox"and improving the innovation ability of enterprises from three aspects:through the construction of interactive network model,this paper points out that learning interactive behavior has a positive ef⁃fect on innovation performance;based on the analysis of the principle of building reciprocal learning in small and medium-sized enterprises under the network environment,this paper points out that cooperative innovation in the network can improve the innovation performance of enterprises;and through the analysis of innovation transmission and efficiency of the network,this paper points out that the innovation performance of enterprises in the reciprocal learning network can be further improved by reducing the transaction cost in the network.
