摘要
基于菲涅耳公式,推导出一束偏振光经过全反射后偏振状态的改变规律,定量计算s光和p光的相位变化以及振幅变化,给出理论公式.并提出一种将光矢量转化为光强的思想,设计实验,以线偏振光为例验证理论公式的正确性,得到全反射对偏振态的改变规律.
The change rule of the polarization state of polarized light after total reflection was studied.The phase difference and amplitude change of s-polarized light and p-polarized light were calculated based on the Fresnel formula.An experiment was designed with linearly polarized light to verify the correctness of the theory.And a method to measure phase difference by converting light vector into light intensity was given.
