应用型高校学生职业能力培养存在的问题及对策建议 被引量:3

摘要 从职业能力的内涵和结构入手,借鉴"双元制"和"CO-OP制"两种实践教学模式的经验,分析我国应用型高校在学生职业能力培养方面存在的问题,提出了加强应用型高校学生职业能力培养的对策建议:一是政府应提供政策保障;二是以制度保障校企合作的顺利进行;三是调整和丰富校企合作的内容;四是促进校企合作向深度和广度发展,以培养学生的创造性能力;五是推动产学研发展,健全实践教学师资队伍;六是帮助学生认清自我,提升就业能力。 Starting with the connotation and structure of“occupational ability”,this article,by drawing on the experience of two foreign practical teaching modes,“dual education system”and“CO-OP system”,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of students occupational ability in China s applied universities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the occupational ability training.First,the government should provide policy guarantee.Second,institutions should be established to ensure university-enterprise cooperation.Third,the contents of the cooperation should be adjusted and enriched.Fourth,the cooperation should be enhanced in depth and breadth to cultivate students creativity.Fifth,the development of production,teaching and research should be promoted,and the faculty of practical teaching should be improved.Last,universities should help with students self-awareness and occupational ability development.
