功能化氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺/环氧树脂复合涂料的制备及其性能

摘要 以自制的功能化氧化石墨烯(C-G0)/聚苯胺(PANI)复合材料为改性填料,对环氧树脂(EP)进行改性,制备了C-G0/PANI/EP复合涂料,研究了复合涂料的防腐性能和防腐机理。结果表明,当C-C0质量分数为3%时,复合涂料硬度最高,吸水率最低,防腐性能最佳。C-G0/PANI是通过填补EP表面的空隙,改善EP的屏蔽性能,阻止02和H2O的渗入,从而提高EP的防腐性能。 It studies the antiseptie property and anticorrosion mechanism of the composite coating by modifying epox-y resin(EP)and preparing the composite coating of grapheme oxide(C-GO)/polyaniline(PANI)/EP with the self-made functionalized C-G0 and PANI as modifcation fller.The results show that the hardness and an-ticorrosion property of the composite coating is the best and water absorption is the lowest w hen the content of functionalized C-GO is 3%,the composites of funetionalized C-G0 and PANI can fill the surface interspace and improve the shielding property of EP,thus the antiorrosion property of EP is improved.
