摘要
主轴作为机床的核心功能部件,其性能好坏直接影响工件的加工精度,因而主轴静态刚度特性是评价主轴性能的一项很重要的技术指标。通过对T5V型加工中心某一切削加工实际工况的分析,算得主轴工作载荷及轴承刚度,结合工况条件,建立了主轴静态刚度计算有限元模型,利用ABAQUS有限元模拟仿真,获得主轴的最大变形量及主轴的静态刚度值。进一步通过改变轴承预紧力大小,得到轴承预紧力大小对主轴静态刚度特性的影响规律。
As the core functional component of the machine tool,the performance of the spindle directly affects the machining accuracy of the workpiece,so the static stiffness characteristic of the spindle is a very important technical index to evaluate the performance of the spindle.Through the analysis of the actual working condition of a certain T5V machining center,the working load and bearing stiffness of the spindle are calculated.Combined with the working condition,the finite element model for calculating the static stiffness of the spindle is established.By using the ABAQUS finite element simulation,the maximum deformation of the spindle and the static stiffness of the spindle are obtained.Furthermore,the influence of bearing preload on the static stiffness of spindle is obtained by changing the value of bearing preload.
