摘要
随着我国社会的快速发展,在当前土地政策收紧的背景下,地产商可以通过物流地产的模式获取一定的土地资源。本文在介绍我国物流地产发展状况的基础上,分析我国物流地产发展出现的问题,如物流地产市场供需不匹配、土地资源不够导致的物流地产行业门槛高、缺少专业化建设、物流地产人才缺乏等,最后针对存在的问题,提出了七条相对应的应对策略。
With the rapid development of the society,in the current context of tightening land policy,real estate developers can obtain certain land resources through the mode of logistics real estate.It analyzes the problems existing in the development of logistics real estate,such as:mismatch between supply and demand in the property market of logistics,high industry threshold resulted from limited land resources,lack of specialization and talents on the basis of introducing the current situation of the development logistics real estate in our country,and finally it puts forward seven pieces of countermeasures for those problems.
