智慧型暖暖杯设计

摘要 随着计算机与互联网技术的发展,智慧生活的概念越来越普及.针对已有保温杯的缺陷,本文将保温杯与单片机相结合,设计一种智慧型暖暖杯.该暖暖杯以STM32单片机为主控芯片,基于双MOS开关、陶瓷加热片和温度传感器,采用PID增量式控制算法,使水温在设定温度值上下极小幅度内波动实现恒温功能.同时本设计结合温湿度传感器、烟雾传感器进行环境参数监测,主控芯片根据环境监测数据来判断环境是否正常.经过实际的运行与测试,该系统具有低功耗、稳定、经济实用等优点,符合智慧生活的发展理念,具有良好的实用价值和推广价值. With the development of computer and Internet technology,the concept of intelligent life is becoming more and more popular.In order to overcome the defects of the existing thermos cup,this paper designs a kind of warm cup by combining the thermos cup with MCU.Based on the dual MOS switch,ceramic heater and temperature sensor,the temperature of the warm cup is controlled by STM32 MCU.The PID incremental control algorithm is used to realize the constant temperature function when the water temperature fluctuates up and down the set temperature value.At the same time,the design can combine the temperature,humidity sensor,and smoke sensor to monitor the environmental parameters.The main control chip can judge whether the environment is normal according to the environmental monitoring data.After the actual operation and test,the system has the advantages of low power,stable,economical and practical,which is in line with the concept of the development of the intelligent life,and has a good practical value and promotion value as well.
