With the reform of judicial responsibility system entering into the period of"fine decoration",the focus of procuratorial organs'development begins to develop in depth to improve the effectiveness of legal supervision.As an important part of legal supervision function,the supervision system of investigation activities in China has always been in the predicament of insufficient effectiveness.With the reform of the supervision system promoting the return of the procuratorial organs'supervision function,the procuratorial organs should adapt to the optimized allocation of the function of the integrating arrest and prosecution reform,straighten out the relationship between"case handling"and"supervision",promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the supervision of investigation activities,and provide people with higher quality procuratorial products.
