以信任为路径构建检察公信力

To Improve Procuratorial Credibility Based on Trust

检察公信力是检察工作的生命力。检察公信力包含检察机关对社会公众的信用和社会公众对检察机关的信任两个维度。当前检察机关自身信用建设稳步推进,但社会公众对检察机关的信任仍有不足。此问题决定了从信任维度构建检察公信力是当务之急。因此,当前应当以信任而不是信用为路径构建检察公信力。本文指出以信任为路径构建检察公信力需经历计算、了解、认同三个阶段,最后的目标是构建基于认同的检察公信力。

Procuratorial credibility is the vitality of procuratorial work.Procuratorial credibility includes two dimensions:the credibility of the procuratorates to the public and the trust of the public to the procuratorates.Currently,the credibility construction of procuratorates is steadily advancing,but the public's trust in procuratorates is still insufficient.This fact determines that it is urgent to build procuratorial credibility from the dimension of trust,and therefore it is necessary to build prosecutorial credibility based on trust instead of credit.This paper points out that the construction of procuratorial credibility based on trust should go through three stages of calculation,understanding and identification,and the final goal is to build procuratorial credibility based on identification.
