超高大平房仓储粮工艺研究与探讨

RESEARCH AND DISCUSSION ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF GRAIN STORED IN SUPER LARGE FLAT WAREHOUSE

通过实仓试验,对超高大平房仓中常用的粮情测控、机械通风和氮气气调等几种主要储粮技术进行了研究和工艺优化,明确了相关工艺参数,解决了超高大平房仓配套储粮技术相关工艺参数不明确造成的仓容浪费问题,技术成果对承储企业保管人员做好此类仓型的安全储粮具有一定的借鉴作用。

Due to the unclear technical parameters related to the grain storage technology of the super large flat warehouse, it’s problem to load 6 m grain in this kind of warehouse which waste the storage capacity. This paper studies and optimizes several main grain storage technologies, such as grain situation measurement and control, mechanical ventilation and nitrogen gas regulation, which are commonly used in super large warehouse through the real warehouse test. The technical results can be used for reference for the warehouse keeper of storage enterprises to do a good job in this type of safe grain storage.
