高温高湿地区膜下空调内环流试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用膜下空调内环流方式,综合运用空调控温、内环流和氮气气调三项储粮技术,研究膜下空调内环流在高温高湿地区应用的可行性。结果表明,膜下空调内环流具有良好的控表层粮温、均温、均湿、均氮、延缓粮食品质劣变和节能减排效果,绿色安全储粮效果良好,经济效益显著,是一项可在南方高温高湿地区推广应用的绿色储粮技术。 This paper studied the feasibility of the applicationof the inner circulation combined with the air conditioner under membrane in the high temperature and humidity area by using the three grain storage technologies such as temperature control, inner circulation and nitrogen gas regulation. The results showed that the inner circulation combined with under air conditioner membrane has good effects of controlling the surface grain temperature, balancing temperature, humidity, nitrogen, and then delaying the deterioration of grain quality and energy saving and emission reduction. It’s a green safe grain storage with good effects and remarkable economic benefits. It is a green grain storage technology that can be popularized in high temperature and humidity areas in South China.
