基于电机电流检测的有载分接开关机械故障诊断 被引量:10

摘要 为了实现有载分接开关(On-load Tap Changer,OLTC)在线机械故障诊断,推导了电机电流、传动机构转矩和枪机弹簧弹力三者之间的函数关系。通过传感器采集了OLTC切换过程中电机电流信号和传动机构转轴转矩力信号,分析了OLTC发生枪机弹簧断裂、弹簧疲劳、传动机构卡涩等机械故障情况下电机电流信号特征,提出了基于电机电流检测的OLTC机械故障监测流程。实验结果表明:OLTC在不同机械故障状态下运行时电机电流波形发生不同畸变,通过电机电流的包络图可以判断OLTC运行的状态,本文所提的OLTC诊断方法可准确提取故障特征,能够为OLTC故障诊断提供必要的参考。 In order to realize on-line mechanical fault diagnosis of on-load tap changer,the functional relationship between motor current,transmission torque and gun spring was derived,motor current signal and torque force signal were collected by sensor.The motor current signals in mechanical fault condition of the disconnector were analyzed,including the case of fracture of gun spring,insufficient spring elasticity and drive mechanism jamming,etc.The process of mechanical fault monitoring is proposed.The results show that the motor current waveform of OLTC is distorted when it runs in different mechanical failure states.The operation state of OLTC can be judged by the envelope diagram of motor current.The OLTC fault diagnosis method proposed in this paper can accurately extract fault features,which provides necessary reference for OLTC fault diagnosis.
