传统文化中寒门学子“进取”的指标与维度研究

The psychological analysis of poor students’“Jin Qu”in Chinese traditional culture

探索传统文化中寒门学子“进取”的指标和维度,为编制中华文化视角的“贫困大学生进取心量表”提供参考。首先对古籍中“进取”相关条目进行了内容分析,然后通过扎根理论对典型的寒门学子进取故事进行文本分析,最后将以上两个研究整合并比较分析。结果表明:寒门学子进取的指标包括志向高洁、正直慈悲、坚忍不拔和热爱学习四个方面,可以分为立德、立功、立言三个维度。

“Jin Qu”that is enterprising spirit,is different from“enterprise”in western cultures.The purpose of this article was to explore the indicators and dimensions of ancient Chinese students’“Jin Qu”spirit,so as to provide reference on developing the scale of poor college students’“Jin Qu”from the perspective of Chinese culture.Two researches were done to achieve the aim mentioned above.Research one inspected“Jin Qu”by the method of content analysis.Research Two dug out the core characteristics of the enterprising poor students by textual analysis on the stories about their strenuous experience from ancient Chinese books.By integrating the results of the content analysis and the textual analysis mentioned above,the results showed that:(1)Indicators of poor students’“Jin Qu”contained four aspects,which were aim-high and nobleness,integrity and mercifulness,mental toughness,and studious respectively.(2)Poor students’“Jin Qu”could be generally divided into three dimensions,which were enterprise on worth,enterprise on work and enterprise on words.And the enterprise on worth could be divided into three dimensions,enterprise on“Zhi”(intelligence),enterprise on“Ren”(mercy)and enterprise on“Yong”(courage).
