摘要
为探讨共享型领导和团队创造力之间的关系以及团队创意效能感在其中的作用机制,本研究采用情景实验法和问卷法相结合的方式,通过问卷调查的方式共发放230份问卷,回收208份有效问卷,筛选出112名被试参加情景实验。研究结果表明:(1)共享型领导能够显著正向预测团队创造力;(2)团队创意效能感在共享型领导与团队创造力之间起完全中介作用,在不同水平的共享型领导情景下团队创意效能感的中介作用不具有等同性,即在高情景下中介作用成立,在低情景下中介作用不成立。
In order to explore the relationship between shared leadership and team creativity as well as the mechanism of team creativity efficacy,this study adopted the method of situational experiment and questionnaire.A total of 230 questionnaires were distributed in the two universities through questionnaires,208 valid questionnaires were recovered and screened out 112 college students to participate in the scenario experiment.Results showed that:(1)Shared leadership could positive predict team creativity;(2)The team creative efficacy played completely mediate role between shared leadership and team creativity.And the mediating role of team creative efficacy in different levels of shared leadership scenarios was not equivalent,that was,the mediating role was established in high-level scenarios and mediation effect was not established in low-level scenarios.
