摘要
针对旋转扭矩校准问题,研制了一种旋转扭矩校准装置,并基于该装置建立了旋转扭矩测量模型,详细分析了影响旋转扭矩测量不确定度的因素,深入介绍了各不确定度分量的评定方法,为最终建立旋转扭矩校准规范奠定了基础。
According to the torque calibration problem of rotationalequipments,the rotational torque calibration apparatus including its configuration and control principle are studied.The detailed factors that affect the measurement uncertainty of rotational torque are analyzed based on the rotational torque measurement model.The uncertainty components are evaluated by various methods,which provide the fundamental to establish the rotational torque calibration specification for peer reference.
