摘要
介绍了一起由于10 kV线路出线开关拒动,一系列后备保护动作致使35 kV变电站全站失电的故障。分析了故障前系统运行方式,发现在该非正常运行方式下10 kV母联开关并未设置保护,存在安全隐患。阐述了故障发生的过程及应对措施,通过保护信号分析判断故障原因为线路开关拒动致使后备保护动作,运行方式安排不合理使得故障范围扩大。理论分析表明当前方式下,保护装置动作正确。仿真分析验证了在此运行方式下,保护动作会使故障范围扩大,最终导致全站失电。
This paper introduced a failure that due to the immovable of the 10 kV line outlet switch,a series of backup protection actions caused the 35 kV substation to lose power.Firstly,system operation mode before the fault is analyzed.Under this abnormal operation mode safety hazard exist because no correlated protection is settled within the 10 kV bus switch.In the following,the failure process and solutions are described.By analyzing of protection message,reason for the failure is found,that isline breaker refuse to operate which leads to the action of back up protection then the abnormal operation mode leads to the expansion of fault area.In the end,theoretical analysis shows the correctness of protection under this circumstance.Simulation analysis proves that in this situation,fault area will be expanded,which eventually leads to total loss of electricity.
