摘要 1100 kV气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)设备为世界范围内较先应用,目前尚无完善的现场交接试验方案,为解决这一现状,对制约1100 kV GIL现场交接试验的项目进行了分析研究。通过创新现场主电阻和气体密度测量方法,将常规电阻测试中的正极或负极电流测试线用1100 kV GIL外壳代替,并设计专门的电阻测量结构,解决了现场测试线长度不足的难题;通过制作专门的硬质检漏工装,解决了现场检漏气体定量不准确的问题。该方案的实施,解决了困扰1100 kV GIL现场交接试验的困难。 The 1100 kV GIL is the first application in the world.At present,there is no perfect on-site handover test scheme.In order to solve the problem,the project that restricts the 1100 kV GIL field handover test was analyzed and researched.By innovating on-site main resistance and gas density measurement methods,replacing the positive or negative current test line in the conventional resistance test with a 1100 kV GIL shell,and designing a special resistance measurement structure to solve the problem of insufficient field test line length.The problem of inaccurate gas quantification for on-site leak detection is solved though making special hard leak detection tooling.The implementation of this program solved the difficulties that plagued the 1100 kV GIL field handover test.
