摘要 随着军事信息系统顶层设计任务越来越复杂,能够支持跨越地域和领域协作的顶层设计环境变得越来越重要。本文在分析传统军事信息系统顶层设计环境条件的基础上,提出基于网络支持协同化顶层设计的工具环境框架,进而提出依托协同设计环境开展顶层设计的过程,并分析与传统过程的差别。在此基础上,基于SA Simulation II构建协同设计过程仿真模型,配置必要的仿真参数,并在仿真运行的基础上,分析协同化顶层设计与传统顶层设计周期的变化,验证网络化协同设计对效率的提高。 As the top-level designing tasks of military information systems are more and more complex,the top-level designing environment are more and more important that support the cross-regional and cross-domain collaboration. With the analysis of classic designing environment for military information systems,collaborative designing environment based on network is brought forward in this paper. The diffidence of top design between the process within and without this environment is analyzed. On this Basis,process modeling and parameters configuration is carried out with SA Simulation II. The change of cycle is analyzed with the result of simulation. Finally,the improvement of efficiency of collaborative design is testified.
