情景模拟演练视频教学对医护一体化预防COVID-19医院感染职业防护中的应用及其原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究情景模拟演练视频教学在医护一体化预防新冠肺炎(COVID-19)医院感染职业防护中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—3月期间全院参加预防COVID-19医院感染知识培训的60名医护人员,将其随机分为传统教学组30名和视频教学组30名,传统教学组采用传统教学法开展COVID-19防护知识培训教学,视频教学组采用情景模拟演练视频教学;比较两组医护人员不同培训方法对COVID-19防护知识培训教学效果的差异。结果:视频教学组医护人员掌握知识及技能的时间及考核成绩明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05),穿戴职业防护用品人数的达标率高于传统教学组(P<0.05),脱卸职业防护用品人数的达标率高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:COVID-19疫情期间,采用情景模拟演练视频教学培训,全院医护人员应在较短时间内全面掌握了COVID-19医院感染防护知识及技能,促进了定点医院收治COVID-19患者的自身保护。
