某院基于关键业绩指标法原理对制定中心药房人员绩效考核方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究基于关键业绩指标法(KPI)原理制定一套较为科学合理的绩效考核指标方法,以便考核医院中心药房工作人员的工作效率及质量。方法:根据中心药房人员的主要工作职能,查阅文献资料、咨询药学专家及部门领导,选出6方面主要指标即工作量、工作质量、监督职能、满意度、药品存储管理、质量控制等作为医院中心药房40位工作人员的主要绩效考核评价标准;抽取并分析近2年的信息数据,比较考核实施前后的差异。结果:绩效考核方法实施后,中心药房人均每季度得分稳定在95分左右;个人平均输液配制量由原来的61袋/h增至78袋/h,人均调剂医嘱数目由原来的96条/h增至158条/h;工作中出现的这2项差错数经组间比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度调查结果显示,96%的医院其他工作人员对中心药房的工作评价均比较满意。结论:绩效考核制度的实施对中心药房工作人员工作效率、工作质量及满意度等方面均有积极的影响,促进了工作效率。 Objective:To study a set of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal index method based on the principle of key performance indicator method(KPI),so as to evaluate the work efficiency and quality of the staff in the central pharmacy of the hospital.Methods:Based on the main function of the central pharmacy staff,access to literature,consult experts and pharmaceutical sector leaders,and select 6 main indicators:workload,work quality,supervision function,satisfaction,drug storage management,quality control index,as the main performance evaluation standard of40 staff members in the central pharmacy of our hospital.Collect and analyze the data of performance evaluation for 2 years and compare the changes before and after the implementation.Results:After the implementation of the performance appraisal method,the per capita quarterly score of the center pharmacy was stable at 95 points.The average personal infusion allocation increased from 61 bags/hour to 78 bags/hour,and the number of doctor’s advice per capita increased from 96/hour to 158/hour.The difference between the two main errors occurring in the work was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction survey results showed that 96 percent of hospital staffs were satisfied with the work of the center pharmacy.Conclusion:The implementation of the performance appraisal system has positive effects on the work efficiency,work quality and satisfaction of the center pharmacy staff.Finally,the work efficiency was improved.
