摘要
现代社会随着产品多样化和精度的提高,对于产品生产的各类机床要求也不断提高。在数控机床主要结构件中,机床主轴加工系统的精度和稳定性受数控机床结构的影响。因此,合理有效的有限元模型对数控机床性能研究起到至关重要的作用。本文以某机床厂生产的数控蜗杆磨床砂轮架主轴为例,通过对砂轮架主轴系统建模方法的分析,利用参数化建模技术,建立满足实地工况的砂轮架主轴的有限元模型。
With the diversification and the precision improvement of the products in modern society,the requirements for various machine tools are also constantly improving.In the main structural parts of Computer Numerical Control(CNC)machine tools,the accuracy and stability of machine tool spindle machining system are affected by the structure of CNC machine tools.Therefore,a reasonable and effective finite element model plays an important role in the research of CNC machine tool performance.It takes the spindle of a CNC worm grinder produced by a machine tool factory as an example to establish the finite element model of the spindle of the grinding wheel frame by analyzing the modeling method of the spindle system of the grinding wheel frame and using the parameterized modeling technology.
