摘要
输气管道清管作业是保障管道安全平稳,经济高效运行的必要手段,管道中水和凝析液的析出、水合物的生成以及管道腐蚀的发生是导致管道输气能力下降的最主要原因,通过对管道内杂质的形成原因进行分析,得出影响输气管道清管周期的三个因素;以管道最小允许输送效率为衡量标准,通过建立方程求解实际管道的输送效率并与标准规范中的数值进行比较,以此来确定输气管道的清管周期。
Pigging operation of gas pipeline is a necessary means to ensure safe,stable,economical and efficient operation of pipeline.The precipitation of water and condensate,the formation of hydrate and pipeline corrosion are the main reasons for the decline of pipeline gas transmission capacity.By analyzing the causes of impurities in pipelines,it obtains three factors that affect the pigging cycle of gas pipelines.Based on the minimum allowable pigging efficiency of pipelines,the pigging cycle of gas pipelines is determined by establishing equations to solve the actual pigging efficiency and comparing the values in the standard specifications.
