基于“现代学徒制”的“医养结合型”护理人才培养的初步探索

Exploration on the nursing talent training model of combing medical care and pension based on modern apprenticeship

当前我国已进入人口老龄化社会,老年照护相关专业人才极为缺乏,因而对专业人才的培养日益急迫。本文以医养结合养老模式为切入点,探讨了现代学徒制背景下的医养护理人才的培养方案,包括人才培养目标、课程设置,并探索性地分析了该种培养模式的优势,以期为高职院校深化改革养老护理人才的培养提供一些参考,从而进一步提高养老服务人才的数量与质量。

Nowadays,the country has stepped into aging society in population,and the talents in related specialty of elders care are sorely lacking,therefore,it is increasingly urgent to cultivate the professionals.It takes the combination of medical care and pension model as entry point to explore the training program of medical care talents under the background of modern apprenticeship.The program includes the objective of talents training and curriculum provision.It also exploratively analyzes the advantages of the training model hoping to provide some reference for deepening the reform of talent training in nursing in higher vocational colleges,and further improving the quality and quantity of the talents.
