浅谈高职学生党支部的网格化管理模式

Brief discussion on the Grid Management model of the student Party branch in higher vocational college

党的十九大以来,在世情、国情、党情深刻变化的大背景下,加强党建设的伟大工程对基层党建工作提出了新的战略思路。本文在概况网格化管理模式核心内涵、特点及高职学生党支部管理现状的基础上,从构建系统培养体系,保证发展党员质量;整合管理资源,促进基层党建共建共治;制定网格化管理制度,提高党建工作管理效率三个方面探讨了高职学生党支部网格化管理模式的重要性及构建方案。

Since the 19th national congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),under the background of profound changes in the world,national conditions and Party conditions,the great project of strengthening Party building has put forward new strategic ideas for the work of Party building at the grass-roots level.It states the core connotation,characteristics of grid management mode and the management status of higher vocational students"Party branch,and discuss the importance of higher vocational students"Party branch grids management mode and construction scheme from three aspects:establishing a systematic training system to ensure the quality of Party members;integrating management resources to promote building grass-roots Party building;developing grid management system to improve the efficiency of party construction management.
